SECOND OPINION DOCTOR

Hi  doctor
Sir I visited a hammam   In  middle east  , that include ordinary hammam services and barber services, the barber there was shaving my face  with a razor and irritate some spots on my skin   (as if he took a very thin layer of skin and the pinky color skin came out , and   later when I applied alcohol swapon them  at home it was burning )
    with no apparent blood   , then after he finished shaving, he wiped them with towel  where you cannot make sure how clean it was, as it was  of dark color.{maroon color}

DOCTOR,
-  In a worst case scenario, if there was a blood on the towel  and blood from my face, is that an HIV  RISK?,,,,,,,,,(as I said above that I am not sure if there was a blood from my face or not as I did not see some)
-Do I require testing?
