Possible HIV infection

I had protected sex in Bahrain with a Chinese sex worker. I normally would not be worried about this because I used a condom, but at the end of vigorous sex I noticed that 1/4 from under the base of the condom that I was having an HSV outbreak that I did not feel prior to sex. I immediately jumped in the shower and scrubbed it with soap and water. I'm having some serious stress and anxiety over this. 2 weeks after I had a sore throat and both ears were infected. I also have some flushing and hot skin symptoms on my body around my neck. There is no fever, no swollen lymph nodes or any rash type symptoms just a lot of stress. What do you think?

Thank you for your post.
I still think that the changes of HIV transmission in this case would still be quite low.  However there is still a possibility if you had herpestic lesions that came into contact with vaginal fluid.  I would not pay much attention to symptoms as they are not specific.  I would recommend you getting tested with a HIV Duo test after 28 days of the event.  I am pretty sure that the result is going to be ok.

I have been feeling sick for about a month now and in my mind it seems to be getting worse. I went to a medical lab today and had a CBC with Differential done and these were the results:
HB: 14.8
TOTAL W.B.C:       7.5
NEUTROPHILS:     67
LYMPHOCYTES:   28
MONOCYTES:        3
EOSINOPHILS:       2

I feel like the muscles around my throat and neck are sore and that constant burning skin sensation. If I had some kind of infection wether it's HIV or MONO or what not it would show some signs in this CBC wouldn't it or I'm I wrong.
