I am so worried

Hello doctor i had a sex with a prostitute in thailand she insisted that i use a condom
And when asked her y she said that she is not sure of my status and she is surw that she is clean she is 23 yrs old i did it twice one of them was i came inside and couldnt the 2nd one and i am sure that the condom didnt be removed it moved once and then fixed it when we realized that it didnt go out she came many times but i only once an now i am imagining that tge condom is out although i am sure it is not andt he second day one prostiyite make oral sex for me plz doctor am i gonna b infected with hiv plz i cant sleep i have an hiv test for my work so i am worriea and cant sleep pl advise me

Thankx doctor i am sure that the condom was in place and now it is six months of the incident ans no symptoms showed does that mean i am ok

Hello,
The question that you need to ask yourself is if the condom was in place and intact.  You do not seem to be very sure about this fact.  If the condom was in place and did not break, there is nothing that you need to worry about.  However if this is not the case, you were obviously at risk with a sex worker in Thailand, where the incidence of HIV is high, and you would need testing.  A simple antibody test would be conclusive as it is more than 3 months ago.
