Hello,
Thank you very much for your post and welcome to our forum.
Let me answer your questions here below:
1: Am I at high risk assumed she is HIV+ and the water contained HIV virus from the previous man?
I DO NOT BELEIVE SO. THAT WOULD NOT PUT YOU AT RISK OF HIV INFECTION AT ALL WHATSOEVER
2: As my wife still breastfeeding, if she is inflected, how much quantity of milk is enough to pass to my baby?
I DO NOT THINK THAT YOU NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THIS, BECUASE I DO NOT BELEIVE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN INFECTED IN THE FIRST PLACE; THEREFORE EVEN LESS LIKELY THAT YOU HAVE INFECTED YOUR WIFE. PLEASE FORGET IT!!
3: If dry mouth can be caused by stress, then what about white tongue and mild fever? I’m super worried… please help! Hope the result is fine as I’ll not forgive myself if anything happen to my wife and baby.
YOU HAVE NOT HAD A FEVER (A FEVER WOULD BE A TEMPERATURE ABOVE 37.5) AND YOUR SYMPTOMS ARE TOTOALLY IRRELEVANT BECAUSE THERE HAS BEEN NO RISK OF HIV INFECTION. IF THE NEGATIVE TEST THAT YOU HAD A T 30 DAYS IS THE HIV DUO (AB + P24 AG), THE RESULT IS FINAL AND FULLY CONCLUSIVE.
Best wishes,
Dr José
Forgot to mention I'm still having dry mouth and white tongue, been 5 days already.. please helppp..
i also want to know how long usually hiv rash last as 5 days ago my baby got some big red rash near the neck and disappeared in 2 days. temperature is around 37.2, i know baby temperature is slightly higher than adult but should i worry about the rash and hiv risk?
just got 30 days test result come back negative, but doctor said its too early so to be 100%, 3 months test is better. with my suitation can i really trust this result?
thanks dr, can you please answer my last question, i also had a Anti nuclear AB test and result is ANA positive speckled pattern (titre 1:40), lab comment is 'this anti nuclear antibody titre (1:40 - 1:80) has a low diagnostic specificity and is present in many healthy individuals'
what does it mean?
my doctor said not to worry but of course i do whatever show positive. Is it a normal result for healthy people? Does it relate to hiv?
i asked my doctor the hiv test i did was hiv1/2, antigen/antibody, is it the same as hiv duo?
