Hello,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our forum.
First of all, I would like to reassure you as you did not put yourself at risk of HIV infection in any of these sexual encounters. You needed to have penetrated this lady and rubbing your penis against her anus is not enough to put yourself at risk. No HIV risk from fingering; and no HIV risk from receiving oral sex. Therefore I do not believe that your dry mouth and oral thrush have anything to do with HIV. Most people would get thrush in later stages of HIV infection. There are numerous causes for your symptoms and anxiety can be one. My advice to you is to get treatment for the oral thrush and have a general blood test. At the same time, you could aslo have a HIV test, simply for your peace of mind. I am convinced that it will be negative.
Best wishes,
Dr José
