Worried

Good day doctor the facts are as follows. About 8 to 9 months ago I went to an erotic massage parlor and after about a 40 min massage lady took clothes off and i gave her massage which was follow by me spooning her nude I was nude as well I didn't enter my penis into her Anus but because of the anatomy of an eHrection it wrapped around the crack of her butt cheeks and the head of my penis may have rubbed against the inner wall of her anus.  There was no friction or anything I didn't even think of this event until A second time about a month ago when I fingered an escort after a massage and
She put her mouth around my penis for about 7 seconds.  I became scared with the situation and started panicking about every other High risk situation.  So now my symptoms are the usual panic anxiety depression and fear but what is really troubling me is that I am having dry mouth now not producing saliva and also now have fungus on my tongue which i verified with a dentist.  I am convinced I am HIV positive based on this and am worried sick.  Is it true oral thrush doesn't come about until end stage HIV aids? I know that HIV is asymptote for a long period so would 9 to ten months be too short of a time or is possible that the dry mouth and thrush are early symptoms after 10
Months? I am not diabetic so far as I know nor do i fit in any of the other categories for thrush so I am very worried please help.  Ps i am not as concerned about the 2nd exposure as I am
Of the first one ESP seeing that I am now
Seeing symptoms i didn't even think of the first exposure until the 2nd one happened please share everything you know thanks

Hello,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our forum.
First of all, I would like to reassure you as you did not put yourself at risk of HIV infection in any of these sexual encounters.  You needed to have penetrated this lady and rubbing your penis against her anus is not enough to put yourself at risk.  No HIV risk from fingering; and no HIV risk from receiving oral sex.  Therefore I do not believe that your dry mouth and oral thrush have anything to do with HIV.  Most people would get thrush in later stages of HIV infection.  There are numerous causes for your symptoms and anxiety can be one.  My advice to you is to get treatment for the oral thrush and have a general blood test.  At the same time, you could aslo have a HIV test, simply for your peace of mind.  I am convinced that it will be negative.
Best wishes,
Dr José
