I'm devastated - Please help me

Hi,
I know this will sound like a crazy situation but it's completely real.  I met someone, over the net, and we were planning to be together (me even leaving my husband to do so).  I am completely in love with this guy.

He has just told me today that he has just found out he has HIV.  I'm devasted!  I love him just the same and, I know someone might find this unbelieveable, but i still want to be with the guy - physically as well as mentally and emotional and in a supporting role.

Can you please give me advice - the background information you think i need to help be a supporting partner to him, anything really - i just need help right now

It takes a lot for someone to make that choice and If you do you want to be very very careful , Which means always wearing protections , Double protection , Whenever your done having sex wash your self and this may sound weird and disgusting but when ever you *** shoot it all out let it drain out .

Its not recommendable to have sexual relations with somebody that is hiv positive, if you value your personal health, kids (if any), family, you should avoid this. But at the end its your decision only. No matter how many precautions you take there is always a risk.
