My Chances

Hi I am a 25 year old uncircumsized male. Previously I went to a massage parlor and engaged in sex with a Latin Prostitute. I uses a condom I had sitting in my car for 4 days so I am not sure how good it must have been. She put it on me and made sure it was on correct. We had sex for about 5 minutes and she finished me off with a hand job. I had a docotor appointment for something totally unrelated and my doctor noticed bumps on the gland of my penis and said it could be friction. I asked if it was Herpes and he laughed and said no. I later wondered about hiv and if the condom could have prevented it. I havent had a fever but I have had body aches and I been fatigued. I had minor headaches and my stomach grumbles a lot while I am asleep. Well what worries me the most is that my penis mouth seems to be a little more open than usual. It does not burn when I urinate but when I masturbate theirs a little burning sensations. This has been my only sexual encounter in 5 years. I felt wetness in my penile area and when I went to the bathroom I squeezed my penis and clear little liquid came out. It looked like precum but I wasnt aroused. I had a wet dream before that and night and I remember urinationg after I came. It was just one little drop and I been squeezing my penis to see if more comes out but nothing. I wonder if its chlaymedia. I used a condom so I dont know how its possible. Now the head of my penis feels a slight burn. I dont know if tis because it rubs against my zipper...Normally the skin of my penis covers the whole head but now the urethra is exposed.  Is it in my head?

You had a single exposure with a properly used condom.  Your risk of getting an STD or HIV from this exposure is minimal.  The fact that the condom had been in your car for 4 days does not reduce its effectiveness.  If being in the car had caused a problem, the condom would have broken which it did not.

It sounds as though you are worrying abou tthis and these concerns are causing you to notice "symptoms" that are of no consequence.
