I have a anxious thought. I and my friend went to a club to have some drink. We ask some beers and fruits. But when I eat a peice of melon. But when I eat it , I saw there was some blood on it. I thought, the server cut his hand and left some on the melon. If the sever is infected, I ate the melon with his blood, Is there any risk for me to get infected? the light in the room is dimed, So when I found the blood, I have ate most of the peice of melon. There were also some blood on the other piece of melon. We asked the boss, He changed  new fruits for us. But now, I am anxious.

You obviously have an abnormal fear of germs and contamination.  This is often an early sign of severe mental health disability.  (See The Aviator, the film biography of Howard Hughes, to see how serious it can be.)  You need professional mental health care right away.  Ask your doctor for referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist.  I suggest it out concern for your health, not from criticism.

Thank you Sir. There is one more thing I am worried. Because I can't sleep well rescently, I went  to a hospital to ask help. The doctor let me have a test. I wear a symple equipment like a hat, it test my reaction. But the hat is wet, expecially the belt which attached to it. The belt is fasten in my lower chin.  I ask the Doctor, She said the fluid is normal saline. I am afraid because many persons wear the equipment. I just shaved 20 minutes ago, it has a little cut in my skin. If someone before me have a cut,  left some blood in the fluid, Is there any risks?

No risk at all.  In the 30 years of the known worldwide HIV/AIDS epidemic, nobody has ever been known or suspected to result from swallowing blood in this manner.  You won't be the first. Don't worry about it.

Thank you, doctor

Because I swallow it quickly,If the red substance is not compltely exposed in the oral, can saliva kills the virus completely? Is there still no risk?

HIVV is rarely if ever caught by oral exposure.  Saliva kills the virus.  Even if the red substance was blood, and even if that person had HIV, you are not at risk.   Don't worry about it and don't get tested.

Best wishes--  HHH, MD
