i am very sick please help

I had a sexual exposure about two and half years ago( 5th july 2005) with a low grade sex worker twice. I was heavily drunk that night. The sex may have lasted about 20 minutes. On first episode I asked her to put two condoms on and had oral and veginal sex. Few minutes later after I was done(ejaculated) she took the condoms off me,  wipe me out and put the new  condom on we started again after a while she took the condom off and I went to the toilet I try to pee and felt burning sensation. Next day I woke up sore throat and all the ARS  symptoms. I got tested for all stds  after 25th day  of exposure  and again after  42 days( after SIX weeks ) all came negative. I developed Burning mouth syndrome from that exposure has not gone yet. My stomach also burns and I feel burning sensation after peeing and ejaculating. I am not vaccinated against any hepatitis. I feel sick all the time. I get constipated, bloated and last couple days I have been very very sick and weak.  Last two and half year been a hell ….. Considering the fact that I was very drunk and no knowledge of any condom failure   could you please answer my following queries honestly? Due to irrational fear and guilt of stupid night (how could I be so stupid) I have not been able to drag myself to a doctor for retest. now I am just too sick. I will go and retest tomorrow I can’t go on like this anymore before that I want to know from you what to expect from the result.  .

1) was I infected  with any STDs (hiv especially) from that exposure.
2) Were all those test were false negative
3) Can any stds cause BMS( burning mouth syndrome ) – very awful pain
4) I have had these symptoms since the exposure, can symptoms of any stds last this long (2.5 years)
5) I have not had any sexual exposure since . am I infectious? If not why am I feeling so sick and weak.

I am a 31 years old uncircumcised male from Sydney Australia. THAT WAS MY ONLY SEXUAL ENCOUNTER.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
I note that you have posted essentially the same question on this forum in mid-December, as well as on two other MedHelp fora.  My answer will not be different than the others, except for perhaps the last paragraph which I urge you to read and act upon.  You certainly do not need additonal HIV or STD testing.

Your exposure was low risk and have been tested twice with negative results.  Believe the tests- this is not HIV or an STD.  Nothing in your symptoms is in any way suggestive of HIV or STD (including hepatitis).  Your are not infectious, your current illness is not related to your single exposure over two years ago and you should work with a physician to find out what, other than STD or HIV might be causing your problems because this is not HIV or STD.

The fact that you ask the same question repeatedly, both on our site and others over two years after your exposure suggests to me that you have considerable misplace guilt over this event. It may be that the best thing that you could do is to work through this heightened, frankly inappropriate anxiety with professional help rather than seeking medical causes.  I hope you will consider this.  EWH
