Escort Encounters

Dr.,

I was with maybe 11 escorts over the past year. I did not have intercourse with any of them since, I am afraid of STD's. A few of exposures have frightened me. I did finger one woman and kiss her a little. The other exposure that frightned me, was when one of the escorts was rubbing her vagina, and I accidentally let her rub my penis. Also, I had a woman put her fingers in my mouth--no fluid on them. Every other encounter consisted of just kissing their bodies and "hand-jobs" at the most. Do you recommend any type STD testing for the encounters.

Thanks for your time,

KEB

You had totally safe sex; nobody ever gets STD by kissing or hand-genital contact.  You do not need STD/HIV testing.

Most female escorts (assuming escort means expensive commercial sex workers) have low ST?HIV rates.  If escorts are your favored sexual outlet, there really is no reason to avoid intercourse if you use condoms.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
