Still zero risk. Ignore any and all additional extenuating thoughts or circumstances that may come to mind. HIV transmission is impossible in this situation and there's nothing you can think up that would chnage my opinion or advice, so that will end this thread.
I want to mention the short became so wet as I asked her to continue the oral on my short for around 3 dances, means 10 minutes. Not sure how much that wet ness passed through my underware and onto my penis.
Because she tried to move penis around through short and underware to put my penis head into her mouth through cloths, there was lot of friection between my cloths and penis.
The pain on my foreskin after this exposure lasted for 2 days and I am uncircum cised having sensitive skin
If I did not have the pain on my fore skin on said 2 days, I would not have worried at all.
Still zero risk right?
Doctor, Thank you very much. Yes there were two layers of cotton clothing between her mouth and my penis. The short and underware.
My concern was blood from her mouth might be passing through those cloths.
1.Just in case if the blood were really passed, though it was mixed with salaiva, I should be able to find it as marks on my short / under ware right?
2. Human bites with clothing should not pose any risk compared to direct bites on skin.
3. Another question whether I can ask in this thread or not, can gentle baby body wash be effecive as normal soap in Killing HIV? I applied gentle baby body wash on my penis after this exposure.
Thank you very much sir.
I may have misunderstood part of your question. I assumed there was direct oral contact with your bare penis. Are you saying there were 2 layers of clothing between her mouth and your penis? If so, I wouldn't consider this oral sex at all -- just masturbation with her using her mouth for stimulation through clothing. That is zero risk for HIV and al STDs. If this understanding is correct, I see no need for any testing at all. You were no more at risk than you would have been shaking hands with the stripper.
Welcome to the forum.
You describe a virtually zero risk exposure with regard to HIV. Some experts believe oral to penile HIV transmission has never occurred. Others site a risk of 1 infection for every 20,000 exposures, which is equivalent to receiving BJs by infected partners once a day for 55 years before infection might be likely. Even this risk applies only if the oral partner has HIV, and it is quite unlikely your strip club partner has HIV. On average, under 1% of commercial sex workers is infected. Minor injury of the penis during the exposure (e.g., a superficial bite) doesn't make any significant difference in this risk assessment.
For those reasons, you really didnt need HIV testing at all at least not from a risk standpoint. Of course, it's still reasonable for anxious people to be tested simply for reassurance. While I wouldn't have recommended spending the considerable cost on DNA testing, your negative result at 8 days is around 90% reliable. Having started down that path, you should also have an HIV antibody test 6-8 weeks after the event, for final reassurance. In the meantime, you can safely continue or resume unprotected sex if you have a regular partner.
I hope this helps. Best wishes-- HHH, MD
