Your questions are repetitive. The exposures you report are not associated swith risk for HIV. Further, your test results are proof that your symptoms are not due to HIV- if they had been the test would have been positive. Look for other causes for the symptoms that are torubling you. EWH
Doctor could you please comment on the above post, these are my final concerns..thank you so much
Thanks for your assessment doctor, just a quick update on the status..i took HIV-1 home access test kit on 34th day (on 7th sept) after this incident, result was negative..can i rely on this results or do u recommend any further testing?..
its nearly 5 weeks after the event..Can i rule out the 27th july incident with this result as its 6 weeks from that time..but i still have mild sore throat, a mouth ulcer and some times diarrhea, neck pain too..i am relying more on throat drops everyday..does these cause any nasal congestion or increase sore throat by excess consuming?
Welcome to our forum. I'll be happy to help. None of the activities you report- masturbation (fingering), performance or unprotected oral sex, or condom protected sex are associated with any meaningful risk for HIV and thus should not concern you- but they do. You acknowledge your guilt and anxiety and I suspect that these are both creating some of your symptoms and perhaps making other symptoms that you would normally ignore worse. I will now comment on your specific questions:
1. Is GRED acid reflux are connected to sore throat and due to which my tonsils get inflamated ? i also got tonsil stone which i dint ever seen before..when i read about this in the internet i found out that stress can be a part of it or viral or bactieral infection, Can burning throat be refered as sore throat ? though i dont exprience any pain but i feel kind of burning inside throat
This does sound like a sore throat. While most sore throats are due to viruses )other than HIV), acid reflux can also be a cause. Further, anxiety can make acid reflux worse. Try treating your reflux with antacids and other acid blockers as a starter.
2. I got tested 25 days later - negative through standard anti-body test, i did oral swab test - negative.how acurate is this results?
At 3.5 weeks when you were tested close to 90% of persons who had gotten HIV would have a positive tets. More importantly, when people have symptoms due to HIV, the tests is positive within just a few days of the beginning of symptoms. Thus your HIV test results are strong evidence that you do not have HIV.
3. being 98.6 normal and +/- 1 i was fluctating..i also felt occasilanly chills too can it be proved that i dont have fever?
No, this is not a medically significant important change in your body temperature and does not qualify as a fever. It is normal for body temperature to change a bit over the course of the day.
4. Weeks after this incident i developed quiet number of yeast infections on my back ( i am used to develop these often) does this mean anything?
No, this is a coincidence, nothing more.
5.5 weeks later can i still feel symptoms ? .
I would not worry that your symptoms are in any way related to the exposure you report.
I hope you find my comments helpful. Nothing you have reported suggests HIV in any way. EWH
