HIV Testing Accurcay

Doctor EWH or HHH please answer...

Here is the link for my original post which describes in detail about my exposure http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV---Prevention/HIV-Risk-and-Test-Accuracy/show/1775632

I know Doctor EWH said HIV DUO test is accurate at 4 weeks and HIV Antibody test is accurate at 8 weeks in my original post. But I could not find any site that offered DUO test so I got tested yesterday by HIV antibody test via std express web site. I don't know the gen of the test.  I  My potential exposure was on June 22.
My results are
HIV-1 Antibody - Neg
HIV 1/O/2 Abs, Qual - Neg

My questions
1) I added 10 drops of oregano oil and Pau d'arco bark(tea and drops) drank on July 30, 31 and Aug 1 and took the test on Aug 3. I was using Primatene Mist (brought in december) and Vicks inhaler until Aug 2. Can any of these cause false negative.
2) I still have itching (after taking hot shower or few times a day) on my pelvic region, on sides of my buttocks, lower legs etc...  Can I have some other diseases like syphilis, shingles or hepatitis B that could have caused false negative.
3) I am planning on getting tested again after 8 weeks as doctor EWH suggested. Should I get tested for all STDs

You guys are doing amazing job and helping people like us have some sanity during this phase of life. My english is not good. I apologize for any grammatical mistakes I made....

Thanks again for the help in advance....

Welcome back to the Forum. Before I address your new questions, let me repeat the most important part of my earlier response to you - "None of the things you describe however raise any concern for HIV and, even more importantly, there was no meaningful risk for HIV from the activities you describe."  This remains the case.

I will address your new questions but I must say, I think your anxiety is getting the best of you and you need to try to relax.  Repeating questions, wondering about every new sensation you notice or repeatedly examining yourself will not change the fact that there is no meaningful risk, for HIV or for other STDs, from the exposure you described.

Now to your questions.

No, they cannot.

2) I still have itching (after taking hot shower or few times a day) on my pelvic region, on sides of my buttocks, lower legs etc...  Can I have some other diseases like syphilis, shingles or hepatitis B that could have caused false negative.
Itching in situations is typically a manifestation of anxiety and the tendency of one to experience awareness of normal sensations as an itch when one is searching for possible symptoms.

3) I am planning on getting tested again after 8 weeks as doctor EWH suggested. Should I get tested for all STDs
I really do not think you need any further testing at all, including for HIV.

I hope this helps.  You really have no reason for concern related to your exposure in June.  EWH

I just want to add that... I use Vicks inhaler when I have anxiety and I use it quite often (like every 5 to 10 minutes often) not the way it is prescribed on label. I don't have any flu like symptoms or runny nose. I will not post again  wait for your response. I apologize for all the posts but I want to provide as much information as possible so that you can give your expert opinion based on all facts.
