Rubbing

Hi, I once again hooked up with a prostitute last night. I was however determined not to have intercourse so instead It consisted  of me touching the prostitutes breasts while masturbating. She also did some masturbating for me for a short time, I used my saliva for lubrication not hers. I also rubbed my penis against her breast and also her butt cheeks. Only on the "outside" on the cheek, nowhere close to the rectum or the *****. It was hoping to do something that was 100 % safe in regard to HIV. However today, of course, i am scared that this is not 100 % safe ?

Im going to have a HIV test in a week for another situation with condom protected sex. Should I post pone that so 4 weeks have gone between tonight's episode and the test. Or is this truly a 100 % safe encounter?

Sorry, the sort of data you are asking for are not available.

Antibody only tests detect about 50% of infections at 2 weeks and testing for antigen would be expected to increase the proportion of infections detected but precisely how much is not known.  EWH

Hi I'm looking around to find numbers for how accurate HIV duo test are in early weeks but have hard to find any good information. What I have found is that its 99,98 or something like that after 4 weeks and that p24 antigen is detectable in 14 days. So does this mean that the earliest time to pick up would be at roughly 2 weeks ? So whats the safety of the test at 10 days 18 days and 25 days in percent ? like 50 % 95 % and 99 % or lower that that?

Welcome back to our Forum.  I'll be pleased to comment.  Your concerns suggest a misunderstanding of how HIV and other STIs  are transmitted,  For sexual transmission of HIV to occur, there must be penetrative genital or ano-genital sex.  HIV is not transmitted by rubbing without penetration, not by masturbation, even when partners get each other's genital secretions on one another, and not by contact with a partner's saliva.  There has never been a case of HIV transmitted in this way. There is no reason to worry at all related to this encounter and no reason related to the activities you describe for you to need testing.

I note you also mention plans to test for HIV following condom protected sex.  This too is really not necessary.  Condom protected sex is safe sex.

I hope my comments are helpful.  There is no reason for concern, no reason for testing, and no reason to abstain from unprotected sex with a regular partner if you have one.  EWH

part om my question fell away. So I rubbed my penis on her *** cheeks but not between them or anywhere close to her genitals or rectum. I also fingered her clitoris briefly and then again masturbated myself. However I dont think I got any of her juices on my hand, or at least not much and there were some time between that and me masturbating myself again. No vaginal, anal or oral sex of any sort. But Im realy scaerd today about this.
