Last answers.

Hepatitis C is not an STD for heterosexuals.  It is VERY rarely transmitted to the receptive partner through rectal intercourse.

Your risk for syphilis is as low or lower than your risk for HIV and not a concern.  Testing is your own decison but there is no meical indication for testing.

This thread is now over.  eWH

These questions are repetitive.  Brief answers below.

1 do you think i caught another std or sti than? because my wife has a painful lump under her left side bikini line for more than a month . and im having pain after ejaculation and before urinate ( with yellow foamy urine )

Unlikely.  she has a good alternate explanation for her "lump".  If you are nervous get tested- I predict the test will be negative however.

2 have you ever heard of any case contracting HIV in such of short period of sexual time?

No, not in your situation!!

3 the test i took it was elisa 3 generation , I heard this test at 4 weeks means nothing ?..

Incorrect-it would have detected over 90% of recent infections at 4 weeks.  I've alreay tol you this.

4 now would it means anything that my WBC were at 4700?

No this is meaningless.  EWH

Welcome to our Forum.  I'll be happy to comment.  While anyone can have an STD following unprotected sex, most exposures do not lead to infection.  Your exposure sounds rather low risk and most of your symptoms are more consistent with complications of the antibiotics you have taken than anything else.  Please remember, most people do not have STDs, including HIV and most exposures do not lead to infection.  The statistical probability that a heterosexual woman in the U.S. has HIV is less than 1 infection in 10,000 people and the risk of getting HIV from unprotected intercourse is less than 1 in 1000.  Thus, following two unprotected vaginal sexual exposures (the risk from oral sex is virtually non-existent) your mathematical risk of infection is less than 1 in 5 million, and this is before your HIV test which makes HIV even more unlikely.  In your case, the HIV test you had in March would have detected over 90% of recent infections making infection still less likely.

Taking antibiotics is among the most common causes of fungal infections (thrush).  I suspect this is why you are having fungal infections, not because of HIV.

If I were you I would not worry.  If you cannot stop worrying about HIV, I would suggest that you get another test- at this time it will provide definitive results proving that you did not get HIV from the encounters you describe.  EWH
