Brushing tooth and Cunnilingus

Dr. HHH,
I search through the forum, but seems like we never discuss anything about brushing your teeth before and after cunnilingus...(may be I am wrong)
I performed a cunnilingus (bare) to an escort 10 days ago... (now I regreted it) She seems very clean (she always used condoms for the intercourse).  And she perform CBJ on me... (yeah I am felling so stupid now). I did not smell anything down there and does not feel any discharge at all.
So after the cunnilingus (around 3-5 mins on and off), I had a vaginal intercourse with her for around 3-5 mins.Oh I also have a bit of French Kiss with her after the cunnilingus.
So I spit after the whole thing is over, and brush my tooth few minutes afterwards.
(I think around 10-15 minutes after we are done).
I heard the risk increases if we perform oral <30 minutes after brushing and  brush the tooths < 30 minutes after the oral. Is it true?
And I had an HIV test (Oraquick hiv1/2) yesterday (8 days after the exposure because I also had some encounter in the past year) and the result was negative. I assume it will not detect anything from the last encounter.

"Licking inside the vagina" is part of cunnilingus. I'm not clairvoyant and  haven't a clue what might be causing your symptoms.  Not HIV.

That's my last comment on this thread.

Cunnilingus is so low risk that it is not possible for anything to make it significantly worse, including tooth brushing.  There has never been a known case of HIV transmission by cunnilingus--and obviously there must have been billions of episodes of cunnilingus that were followed by brushing teeth.  Even if tooth brushing increases the risk of infection 10-fold, 10 times zero risk still equals zero risk!

From a medical or risk management perspective, you don't need HIV testing at all.  It's up to you if you want to do it for anxiety relief.  But an 8 day Oraquick test is meaningless.  You have to wait at least 4 weeks and preferably 6 weeks for a reliably negatgive result.
