Warm *** on my bloody *** wound

Hello,
I engaged in really dumb behavior. I had an open wound about an inch or so near my hole maybe caused by frottage or fingering. The guy had me spread my butt cheeks as he was ready to cumm and he cummed all over my hole.

Because the wound was fresh and his warm sperm came to contact instantly, risk?

What if he had cut in hand and fingered me? Risk?

Have had a couple people say no risk online forums. My doc says low risk.

Thank you DR.

Doctot,
It has healed. Would you consider my risk lower than unprotected oral?
Test?

Welcome to the forum.

The advice you have already received from several sources -- your doctor, the MedHelp community forum, and AIDSmeds.com -- was entirely correct.  This was a very low risk (or no risk) sexual event. Most people don't lie when asked directly about HIV status, so your partner probably isn't infected.  Even if he had HIV, getting semen on a wound near the anus probably carries little risk, and the amount that could enter your anus would be much too little to allow transmission.  And fingering is always zero risk; no HIV cases have ever been known to be transmitted that way, with or without cuts on the fingers.

The more important issue here may be the cause of the open sore near your anus.  If it was obviously traumatic, i.e. a definite cut from fingering, then no worries; it should heal soon.  But if the cause is not obvious, it should be professionally examined to check for herpes and syphilis.
