Moved on until new event

Hello Doctor,
As far as I understand this is my last question for the next 6 months. You were so great and I moved on.
Here is my previous thread :
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV---Prevention/What-kind-of-behaviour-should-I-take/show/2081152

Biut, I have just caught a new severe pharyngitis treated by antibiotics, probably due to a bacteria according to my doc.
He prescribed me a CBC which includes IgG2/IgG4 and he also asked me if I did a test for HIV.

I am now anxious again. Please help me with those following questions :
1.Chronical severe pharyngitis, a suspicion for HIV ?
2.If the escort was on a early stage of contamination, high viral load, is a transmission as mentioned in my previous thread still possible (blood or body fluids oh her nails followed by light bleeding cuts on me)
3.Should I get worry about Hiv with an abnormal IgG2/igG4 ?

I hope this is as short and precise as you like.

Regards

Correct, there is no reason related to the event you describe to worry about unprotected sex with your wife.  EWH

For sure you answer will close my thread and anxiety.

Welcome back to the Forum. I'll be pleased to comment.  I'm sorry that you continue to worry about your exposure.  I'll go directly to your questions:

1.Chronical severe pharyngitis, a suspicion for HIV ?
No, chronic pharyngitis, other than thrush, is not a sign of HIV- recently acquired or otherwise.

2.If the escort was on a early stage of contamination, high viral load, is a transmission as mentioned in my previous thread still possible (blood or body fluids oh her nails followed by light bleeding cuts on me).
Two comments here, both of which relate to "what if" questions.  First of all, persons in the so-called window period with the very high viral loads that accompany them are VERY uncommon.  Second, even in such situations, there are no data to suggest that that indirect transmission such as on fingernails occur.  I would not worry about it.

3.Should I get worry about Hiv with an abnormal IgG2/igG4 ?
No, these are indirect and non-specific laboratory tests.  I would not worry.  The only acceptable way to diagnose HIV is with HIV tests.  Worrying about so-called indirect "indicators" is really not in your best interest.

I hope these comments help.  EWH
