Need help for past exposure and future safety

Hello doctor,
I have read all the reviews in this forum relaed to my concern but none is exactly answering my question. So I decided to post my question.I went to a strip club few hours ago. One Stripper gave me a handjob without any condom and I ejaculated. After cleaning me up she started grinding her butt on my penis(without any condom)  and I ejaculated again inside her butt.My penis went inside her butt cheeks but I never penetrated her anally or in her vagina as far as I remember. So It was basically rubbing my penis inside her butt and vagina cheeks but no penetration. My questions is
1)her butt was wet so it might be vaginal or anal fluid and my penis touched it.It also touched the vagina cheeks. What are the risk in that situation?
2) She masturbated me with her hand.Is there any risk there?
3) This is the regular scenario in most of the common massage parlor these days.Like rubbing your penis in the butt and vagina cheeks(without penetration)  until you ejaculate. Is this behavior safe ? what I am trying to say is  if I go to a massage parlor and if the attendant grind on my open penis without any penetration and my penis is exposed to vaginal or anal fluid that were on the butt, should I consider this as a safe sex practice and let that happen since there is no penetration or avoid it as risky behavior?
Please doctors, answer my question. It is not only about the past exposure that I just had,I also need to know if this is a safe sex practice and I can go ahed with it in future or I should stop it and get tested because I am already exposed to a significant risk. Many of my friends are doing this in massage parlors regularly and they told me it’s a safe pratice. But this is the only place where I can confirm it.
(Please forgive me for my lack of vocabulary )
Thank you so much in advance and may god bless you all.

Welcome to the forum.

Of course no two exposures are exactly alike.  However, the consistent response on this forum for 7+ years has been that there is no risk of sexual transmission of HIV if a bare penis (no condom) does not penetrate another person's vagina, rectum, or (rarely) mouth.  In any case, it is statistically unlikely the stripper has HIV anyway.  To your specific questions:

1,3) There is no significant HIV transmission risk from the exposure described.  I would consider the butt cheek sort of exposure you describe as safe sex, with no risk for HIV and little for other STDs.

2) Hand-genital contact never has been known to transmit HIV.

I hope this helps.  Best wishes--   HHH, MD

Thank you so much for your time doctor.Last thing I want to know is , should I not do the hiv test for this exposure and why is there no significant risk for hiv if vaginal fluid touches your penis without penetration. I just want to educate myself to get rid off  the irrational fear i am having.

Thanks again for this amazing thing you are doing.
