Oral with slight penetration (unperfected)

Dear Sirs

I played with a guy last Sunday morning (the 7th April 2013) we french kissed and he rimed my back side he then start playing with his penis around my *** and start pushing in slightly which is when i stopped him and asked him to put a condom on.

On this week Monday (the 15th April) i start developing a Pilonidal disease (so i have been told by my GP who i visited this morning)

My question is firstly if HIV can be transmitted by that guy slightly pushing in me unprotected or by him rimming me? And secondly if the Pilonidal disease is a sign of hiv and have any connection with what happened on Sunday when i played with that guy?

Thanks and awaiting your advice

As I said, I would not be worried.  In general "slight penetration" is a sign of concern rather than actual penetration.  EWH

just wandering if the slight penetration before he put on the condom is anything to be worried about?

Welcome to our forum.  It is quite natural to wonder if events which occur close in time and in similar locations might be related to each other.  In this case, I can assure you that the answer is no.  There is no risk for HIV from French kissing, being on the receiving "end" of rimming, or from contact without penetration.  Further the timing of the events is too soon for your pilonidal cyst to be related to your recent contact with a new partner.  From your description I would have no concerns about HIV or other STDs.  There is no need for concern.

I hope this comment is helpful.  EWH
