In panic, on
DAY 25 I did Oraquick in home oral swab test. Reuslt= Negative
DAY 25 repeated Orauick in home oral swab test Result=Negative

Both test bought from walgreens in US.

How accurate are tests on these days and i have no sexual contact after the massage and 3-4 months before the above incident as well

Excellent response time and info doc.

Being a germophobic how accurate would be a test at Planned Parenthood after 6 weeks. I think they use orquick with finger prick blood. I am making an appointment.

Welcome to the forum.

Saliva never transmits HIV; in fact, saliva kills the virus.  That's why kissing isn't a risk and oral sex little or no risk.  Hand-genital contact doesn't transmit HIV either, even if genital secretions (e.g. vaginal fluid) are used as lubricant.  With very rare exceptions, sexual transmission of HIV requires a bare penis (no condom) to be inserted into another person's vagina or rectum.

So your exposure was zero risk for HIV and all STDs.  Shaving nicks or other cuts on the scrotum make no difference; nobody has ever been known to catch HIV from teh sort of contact you had.

Therefore, you didn't need testing for HIV, and if you have a regular sex partner, you can safely continue your normal sexual practices without putting that person at risk for HIV or other STDs.

Your home HIV test results probably are around 80% reliable at 25 days. If I were in your situation, I would not feel a need for any additional test.  But if you want 100% assurance from the oral fluids test itself, you'll have to wait until 3 months after exposure.  A blood test would be 100% reliable at 4-6 weeks, depending on the specific test(s) done.

Best wishes--  HHH, MD
