Risk / safety test

Good day
I live in Switzerland, but I turn with a question for you.
An escort (HIV status unknown) has a dildo from her vagina plugged directly into my butt. I already have four HIV combo-tests (HIV 1/2 antibody / antigen) made.
After 2 weeks, after 3 weeks, after 4 weeks, after 5 weeks, all negative.
- I had, in their opinion a risk for HIV?
- Do I still have to worry about an infection?
- Can this be detected p24 only later, when only a small amount of virus was added?
- P24 is indeed proven only for HIV1, HIV2 what?
Thank you for your review.
Greetings from Switzerland.

Welcome to the Forum.  I'll be pleased to comment. The exposure you describe was a low risk exposure. Most commercial sex workers do not have HIV (the rate is quite low in Switzerland) and HIV is not typically spread on inanimate objects such as dildos although taking a dildo directly from her vagina to your rectum can transfer genital secretions and does carry a small risk for infection.  In your case however, following repeated testing, you can be confident that you did not get HIV. The combined tests which test for both the HIV p24 antigen and antibodies to HIV are definitive after 4 weeks so that both your 4 week and 5 week tests are proof that you were not infected.  HIV-2 is not a concern, both because it is rare, even in West Africa where it is most often seen and is still detected in nearly all cases using testing with tests such as you were tested with

At this time you can be confident that you were not infected with HIV. No further testing is needed.  EWH

You need to be patient.  I was busy. the site is not manned 24 hours a day.

Your syphilis tests, along with the absence of lesions, rules out the possiblity that you acquired syphilis as well from the low risk exposure you described.  EWH

Hello doctor
after I have now made a rapid HIV test 8 weeks after the risk again, I can definitely rule out HIV.
Now I have a question regarding syphilis:
- 5 weeks after risk, I made a quick test antibody
- 7 weeks after risk, I made a test laboratory "syphilis screen, pallidum"
- 8 weeks after risk, I made a quick test antibody
all test were negative. Symptoms such as an open place I have never been observed to me. Can I use it to be sure not to have syphilis?
