Worried about later stage HIV

Back in 2009 I received a BJ from a transsexual. I did not know it was one for she was very passable. But apparently she was giving other guys BJ's right before me. It freaked me out and I tested after eight weeks and I tested at over three months at lab corp and both came back negative. Then about two years ago I met someone that was older and she had given me a BJ. we stop seeing each other and I started seeing someone else a month later and we had vaginal sex but was 100% protected. Neither of them were drug users or they didn't sleep around.
I have rosacea But I also had a touch of seb derm. Also the skin on my face is very sensitive, dry and flaky at times.  Nine months ago I had a spell of vertigo after looking for the mailman After I missed a package that he was supposed to deliver. The room was spinning and I was throwing up violently. Lasted about four hours. I have always gotten motion sickness easily and I have had ear infections when I was a kid. I have noticed that my eyes do take a while to focus sometimes but I do recall that being that way for more than five years. But my vision has gotten worse every year especially my right eye.  Also just recently I've been getting a lot of pressure in my face and tingling and a  crawling feeling at my temples and four head. I have also had easy dizziness too for the last month. I do feel a lot of pressure and drainage in my ears. Also I have twitches ever so often Throughout my body.  I do have a bad cervical disc c4 c5 and I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about four years ago. I do get mouth sores but again I've been prone to them all my life they are just canker sores. I do have a lot of soreness above my elbow on the inside of my arms, Again I was diagnosed with nerve impingement in my elbows that Started about four years ago. I also have an been diagnosed with Mild gastritis and the biopsies came back and there was nothing causing it and they said it was just acid.

I wanted to know if the symptoms I am having could be related to a HIV infection and do you think is there any point to testing again other then for reinsurance?  I think what happened in 09  traumatized me. So now I think everyone has this virus I come in contact with. Thanks

You don't specifically state your question in the text of your question but it appears you are wondering if your vertigo and other symptoms might be related to HIV.  The answer is no.  Your tests were negative following your 2009 exposure and should be believed- they provide definitive evidence that you were not infected.  With respect to your more recent receipt of oral sex, I can tell you that there are NO instances in which persons have acquired HIV following receipt of oral sex from an infected person.

The symptoms that you describe are non-specific and have many other possible causes.  I see no reason for you to seriously worry about the possibility of having HIV from the exposures that you describe.  If you really feel the need to confirm this with a test, I would suggest you test (once) for HIV and commit to believing the test result.

I hope that my comment is helpful.  EWH
