SEVERAL TESTING, STILL IN PANIC

THANKS DR FOR THIS SERVICE
SITUATION;  sexual low risk with a gay male(i am male) unprotected oral sex. both ways and some rimming
i been having sore throat on this days, i have a cavity on my tooth.

ACTION TAKEN: 10  days after, ask that guy to test, he accepted.
he took a rapid test on the spot, and regular test that includes( pool  rna nat, EIA, and combo ab/ag)
next day)11 days) i came back alone and took same testing.
after a week we both came back for results.----------------everthing came back NEG for both of us.
my anxiety didn't stop.
at 4 weeks and 5 days i came back again for same testing(pool rna nat.eia.and combo ab/ag)
6 days after i called, and nurse told me, itcame back negative.
plus
INSTI RAPID TEST at
21 days=neg
4 weeks=neg..5 w , 6 , 7, 8, 9, and 10 weeks =all negative
15 tests idone inside 10 weeks, nurses keep saying 12 week mark is conclusive.
QUESTIONS
1-pool nat is reliable the same as individual rna nat?
2- nurses say that combo ab/ag has giving many false positive(quiet few in%) is this test done by pooling method or is individual as normal antibody one?
3- is my results will change at week 12? from neg to pos? is this possible?
4-my son was over my house 3 weeks after the risk, i was spitting sputum that been bother me several week, i spited on glass of water with a SIP(lil bit) of water left.sputum had some mucose, didn't see blood, my 1 year and 7 months son, took the glass and drank the hole thing. IS possible he get infected that way? the sputum is denser that the water, but IS the virus can be active in a a sputum over water? my son is year and 7 months, this situation trigger my anxiety!
NOTE; 4 weeks after risk, i had painful sollen nodes, and a extrange lil rash over my hand(size of a bin(the area affected), no fever whatsoever.
PLEASE dr i appreciate your sincerity even if it causes me pain, i must confront reality.

Cough producing sputum with blood requires seeing a doctor, and right away.  Possibilities include pneumonia, tuberculosis, and lung cancer, so don't delay.  However, your blood test results PROVE you don't have HIV.  You cannot infect your son with something you do not have.

Do not over think it.  Ignore any and all additional "what if" or "is it possible" sorts of questions -- or at least do not ask them here.  There is nothing that can come to your mind that would change my opinion or advice, so I will have nothing more to say.  And get that cough with sputum checked out right away!

HI DR. thanks for u quick answer!.
the reason i took several testing, is because nurse told me, that having a inflamed throat while performing oral sex increase chances.  CDC booklets say oral sex is (low risk). i found alots of discrepancy  in nurses responses ,.
some nurses told me that if blood present in my sputum it coud be a low risk
other says that when virus gets in my son belly gastro-intestinal fluids will kill it, but when they say (low risk) i just go crazy, my lil boy has not fault of dad mistakes., adding that my son get sick 4 weeks after... with cough, runny nose, and some rash in his chest, and 1 day fever. that rre trigger the hole picture on my mind.
i get your answers very clearly dr r, let me  do a last question please!
if blood is in the sputum(i wast sure) sometimes(like 3 ocasions) i spit and have blood, because i been spiting sputum several weeks after quiting  smoking tabaco,if blood present in the sputum, over the lil water in the glass cup , can virus remain active? i belive that when my son drank it at some point that sputum will be mix with the water in his throat, if blood present will pose a risk> shoud i test my son?

Welcome to the forum.

Based on the exposures you describe, you've really gone overboard with testing, both of yourself and your partner.  You had exposures that carried extremely low risk of HIV, even if your parter was infected; then went on to prove that he in fact is not infected; and still went on to be tested yourself, multiple times.  How much proof do you need that you don't have HIV, for goodness' sake???   To your specific questions:

1) Pooled negative results are just as reliable as single-specimen testing.

2) I am unaware of the combo test giving false positives.  Either the nurse is wrong or you misunderstood something.  In any case, your results are negative, so this issue isn't relevant.

3) Your results will not change.  It is impossible you have HIV, given the nature of the exposure plus the test results that have been done to date.

4) HIV is not transmitted by the events described, or by any form of environmental contamination with the virus or infected body fluids.

5) Your symptoms are irrelevant.  HIV test results ALWAYS overrule symptoms.  If you continue to have symptoms that continue, see a doctor; but you can be sure they aren't due to HIV.
