Sex with sex worker

After my massage the sex worker masturbated for me using baby oil and then she put me a condom and inserted my organ into her vagina I was in her for only 1 or 2 minutes and I came when I pulled off she took the condom of and all my semen was on my organ and she did not seem concerned. I went then a peed and washed. Three weeks later I got some pimples on my back chest and lower abdomen (I have an oily skin and used to getting huge pimples). Then I started feeling bad and I had some very bad abdominal pain that was under my rib and started with a heart burn that went all the way to my back. I went to GP and she told me that I had GRED problems and that she will give me anti acid. I went to her a week latter and I told her that the problem is still there and that I can’t eat and that I vomit everything I eat. The problem has intensified and that I have lost 4 – 6 kg in three weeks only. I was transferred to a specialist. Then I told the specialist about my problem and about the encounter she told me that my risk is very low even if the oil have damaged the condom simply because I was the inserter and that It was vaginal rather than anal. She performed on me 12 blood test and two stool test and when the test result came back in was diagnosed +ve for h pylori I started and triple antibiotic course for two weeks for my h pylori. The antibiotics hurt me towards the end of the course I had white hairy tongue (it went away without any antibiotic) and dry mouth but the doctors assured me that this will go away. I never had swollen lymph node during the period and never had fever I did suffer from a sore throat twice but its sand storm season here I have some pain in my knees and lower thigh but it’s probably from an injury I sustained 4 weeks ago as I preformed some exercises without warming up. I forgot to tell you that I tested at 20 days and it was –ve. Can you please help me in assessing my risk?

I agree with the folks at the other forum.  You are well beyond were you need to be to be confident that you did not get HIV from the exposure you describe.  I agree that it's time for you to more on.  EWH

It seems as though you arguing that you really do have risk. You do not!.  The exposure that you describe is essentially zero risk.

Your are right that reflux and the low humidity due to air conditioning can contribute to chronic sore throats.

There is no know relationship between H. pylori and HIV.

Bottom line - no HIV risk.  No further questions please.  EWH

Thank you Dr. for your response it is really helpful but I would like you to comment on the following. I have had a sore throat for over a month now ne fever no nothing just a sore throat I was told that GRED and anxiety are the reason for this also the fact that I live in a hot climate country where we need to have air-conditioning on at night and mornings and in the car will intensify this.  Another thing is a pain that I have only in my knees and lower thigh that comes only from prolonged sitting or rest it is not strong its dull but their usually in the mornings after a long rest or inactivity. It is persisting for over a month now I am in week 14 after the exposure today doctor. The other thing is there any relation what so ever between h pylori and HIV? Thank you for your help and this site is really one of the best sites I seen.

Your risk is zero.  You had masturbation (safe sex- zero risk) and protected vaginal sex (protection- nearly zero risk).  The concern about baby oil is that it might weaken the condom and cause it to break- this did not happen.  Thus, even if your partner was HIV infected and she most likely was not, you have no risk.  In this case I would not even recommend testing.  If you want to reassure yourself further, please wait till at least six weeks to repeat your test.  At that time you can combine the fact that by then over 98% of tests that are going to be positive will be with the fact that you had a low risk exposure to be completely sure that you do not have HIV.

As for your symptoms, they have nothing to do with HIV.  They sound as though your anxiety, combined with the H. pylori which contributed to your GERD made you feel poorly.  They are not due to HIV.  If you wish to explore your symptoms further, look at other posts on this site- you will see that we repeatly tell our clients that symptoms are a poor (as in useless) indicator or early HIV.

Please don't worry, you do not have HIV.  EWH
