Shotty lymph nodes after potential exposure

I briefly had unprotected sex with a girl I dont know. I caught Clamydia (chlamydia)/Gonnorhea. I am Circumcised. I know the stats are about 1/1000 with a known infected woman, the advisor I spoke in the clinic didnt seem too concerned about HIV.
When we actually had sex, we switched quite a lot between vaginal and oral, and at one point I did have a condom on for a short period of time, but stupidly took it off because I was drunk. Im not exactly sure how long the unprotected vaginal exposure was, Im thinking it was maybe about 15-20mins in all maybe shorter. I did not ejaculate.

A year after the above incedent I started to get aching in my inguinal region, I could also feel lymph nodes. I turned out to have NSU, probably from oral sex in an unrelated incident.

Now, 2 years after it Dr confirmed that I do have shotty lymph nodes in my inguinal, submandibular, supraclavicular, axillary, and one in my cervical region. I only can feel nodes in the left side of the cervical and supraclavicular region. Complete Blood Count came back normal.

What was my risk in the above? I am circumcised

Do you think my lymph nodes are related to it?

What the risk was is irrelevant; the question concerning you is whether or not you have HIV. The way to find out is to be tested, not to second guess your risks 2 years ago.  Almost certainly you do not have HIV, and shotty lymph nodes are normal in the groin, probably found in half the population if the doc examines carefully enough. They mean nothing in terms of a person's health.

Thank you for your advice, I plan to get tested soon. Im just so worried about this. Especially the fact that I caught other std's from her. Would my other shotty lymph nodes be anything to do with hiv? Would they come up a year after possible exposure?

Given the above information (other stds, I am circumcised, breif-ish encounter), what are the chances that I caught hiv from her, assuming she has it?
