UNCIRCUMCISED...Inner Condom exposed to vaginal secretion by hand contamination

Dear Doctor,

I went to a "modeling studio/strip bar" and I finger (clitoris stimulation and finger penetration) the dancer's vagina for about 1 minuet.

My  concern is I put on a condom after fingering the dancer and as I roll the condom on my penis I touch the inner part of the condom.  My concern is that I am UNCIRCUMCISED and I am afraid the secretion might come in contact with my underpart of the foreskin or the urethra.  I have read many NO RISK on others who have asked the same question but I didn't see any situations like my "uncircumcised" question.

After I put on the condom the dancer gave me a hand-job on and on for about 10 minuets (no penetration).  I am afraid she might have rubbed the virus into the mucous membrane.

I want to say the time from the fingering and putting on the condom is appox. 30 sec.  I know there is probably not much  secretion on my hand because of the drying time (time to open the condom package etc..).  But I remember her vagina was very wet and I don't want to take any chances (assuming she is HIV+).

Questions:
1) Please let me know where I stand?
2) For my situation what factor was in my favor?
3) Should I be tested for HIV?

Thank you Doctor for educating me and the public on this matter.

Your exposures were masturbation and no one has ever gotten HIV from masturbation, whether they are circumcised or not.  Please be aware that it is very common for small amounts of genital secretions to be shared between partners in the course of masturbation but that despite that, HIV transmission does not occur.  As for your questions:

1.  This was a no risk exposure.
2.  See above.
3.  No, you do not need to be tested for this exposure.

Take care.  EWH

Thank you Dr. Hook for the comforting assurance.  Is it the lack of secretion amount or the exposure to air that you are so confident that my exposure is a none-risk.  Do I understand you correctly?  Absolutely NOOO RISK.

Thank you

Sorry one more add-on.  The fact that I have the contamination fluid inside the condom, therefore not exposed to air, does that change anything.  Thank you again.

No risk means no risk.  The "contamination" inside the condom does not change this.  No risk.  EWH

To: Dr. Hook,

I am sorry just some facts I want to confirm with you.  After reading many other posts on this website, is it my understanding that:

1) HIV is a very difficult virus to catch and the ONLY way a person can get the virus in the regards of sexual contact is through UNPROTECTED vagina and anal PENETRATION?

2) My concerns regarding the fluid come in contact with the inside on the condom is just not the way HIV is spread? NEVER!!!

3) Everyone who didn't put themselves in the position of UNPROTECTED PENETRATION SEX should not even worry about any possible risk?  ALL the CRAZY "WHAT IF" type questions are just pointless self torture?

4) Bottom line NO PENETRATION - NO RISK 100%?

Thank you Doctor for your time and for educating the public about the fact or the fiction about this disease.

When the Dr. says no risk.... that means none. You have a 0% chance of catching HIV from what you describe according to ALL known data.
