stupid mistake

Hello doctors.I have done such a stupid mistake.
Here is my story.I am male, heterosexual, 31 years old,I am married,I  live in Romania,Eastern Europe.
On Friday I had a one night stand with a girl of unknown HIV status which I met on the internet. My exposure was unprotected vaginal sex.
This girl is white, caucasian, she is not a CSW.She is a normal person. She told me she  has a boyfriend but I don't know if she has other sexual parteners. She did not say anyhting before I started to penetrate her.I expected from her to ask me if I have a condom or not.So my conclusion is that she has unsafe sex with any other partener. This girl is not a drug user.
3 /4days after the exposure I started to have the following symptoms : malaise, muscle and joint pains, which I still have now..No fever. No rash.
I am planning to do an HIV test as soon as possible.I would like to perform a 4th generation HIV test which here is called a combi test., at exactly 4 weeks after my exposure .
I tried to convince the girl to test for HIV but she does not want to do  it.I think she is also scared of  what she might find out....
The questions :
1.What is my real risk for HIV considering all this factors( exposure from woman to man, vaginal sex,she- not a CSW,white, not a drug user, and country-Romania,Eastern Europe)? Like procentual risk?
2. Are my symptoms HIV related?Could this be ARS at 4 days after exposure?
3. Is this test gonna be conclusive at 4 weeks or Do I have to wait until 8 weeks post-exposure?
PS : Excuse my poor English.
Best regards. Alex .

Welcome to the forum.  Your English is fine.

You are at little if any risk of having HIV. Although HIV rates are higher in Romania than in most western countries, the large majority of sexually active women do not have HIV -- even if they have unprotected sex quite frequently.  Second, even if she had HIV, the average transmission risk for vaginal sex (female to male) is 1 in 2,000.  To your specific questions:

1) I would put the chance you caught HIV at somewhere around 1 in a million.

2) Your symptoms came on too soon to be due to HIV; 7-8 days is the minimum.  And your symptoms are not typical for HIV/ARS anyway.

3) A combi test at 4 weeks is 100% conclusive.

So all things considered, you can expect your test to be negative.  However, you could be at risk for other STDs; you need to be tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis.  I hope you will use condoms for similar exposures in the future!
