What to belive

Dear doctors im affraid of hiv and have some questions after reading a lot info on the net.

First my exposers.
Had some very low risk, with men in the pass. But since then i have been tested negative 5 times. Two 3 generation and and three 4 generation. about 2-3 years after exposers.

last year:
Vaginal sex with thai prostitut( couldent get it in, and when i tryied, it broke and i withdraw immerterly, so maybe no penertration)

5 weeks after testet negative with a 4 gerneration hiv test.

then i have seen two hetro girls wich i had vaginal sex once. Both times only 10 seconds me not cumming. Very few hetro girls have hiv in my country. But affraid i have infecet those.

Then 5 weeks ago i walk in a crussing gay park. Met a mand who did sucked my penis at 2-5 seconds before i withdraw and run away. ( i had and have still no sores on my penis, and dont have any penil symptoms.

But i am so scared as i have been i the past now . I know i got many negative hiv test but still sure i got it.

The two girls i had vaginal sex with had both some symptoms of acute hiv after i had exposers with them. The one got a flu like ilness 29 days after, with low grad fever and a mild sore throat for two days.

The other girld got a headache 17 days after witch came and go for about a week(some days no headache). But she had also a bit photophorbi wich i now see can be acute hiv.

Anyway i see some forums with hiv positive, that some had delayed seroconversion, and some got it from oral sex. But when you read the experts forums like you and freedomhealt it seem very very unlikly for both, but on some forum it seem rather normal.

question:

1) Do you think i have hiv?
2) what are the realaty? Is there many who is infected by oral sex? Some said 5 %
3) I read you said delayed seroconversion i a uban myth, but reading people with hiv it does not seem so. What to belive?
4) what can i do to get my life bag and be sure weather i have hiv or not?

Oh please............... conjunctivitis is not a typical part of the ARS.  EWH

Much of what you say repeats yourself and in no way changes my assessment.  You can certainly test if you wish.  I am confident the result will be negative and when it ism that it will provide the reassurance that you need.  Take care.  EWH

One last thing doctor.

I remember i had Conjunctivitis first time in my life about 5 weeks after the episode with the thai prostitud. But it was only in the morning. But could this only symptom be ARS?

Im not affraid that the two girls i know have hiv at all. I know them and they are not infectet (as sure as i can get)- , if they are it is because of me.

So i am affraid of the one with the thai prostitut, but had a hiv 4 generation 5 weeks after, so after that i should be clear, right?

And then the episode of receiving oral for 5 seconds max.

The receivt oral, i can see some say no risk like freedomhealt, and i think they said that, they must be pretty sure about it.
It just that on this site you and dr HH said 1 in 20.000.
I know that very low but exampel receipt anal is 1 to 500 correct? So that must mean that there are 40 times more chance to get infectet by this. But still i could belive that unprocted receipt oral happens a lot more than unprocted anal sex, so wouldent there be a lot more transmission of receipt oral if theese number were true?

But if they are true, then in the world maybee a lot is infected this way, even thouh there are not a dokumentet case.

Anyway i just think i have hiv on my brain, and think and think about this low risk will infect me. And i am so affraid of this.

The hiv help line in my country said no risk of receipt oral for 5 seconds, but then again they also says the same for vaginal intercourse of seconds.

Well i will get testet with a 4 generation and wont take longer of your time. Im just so affraid it will be positive.

Welcome to our Forum.  I'll try to help.  As I read your post, one thing that occurred to me that your concerns are, at least in part, the result of things you have read on the internet.  Unfortunately, while there is much good information available on the internet, there is also much incorrect information.   The most important information that I can give to you is to not accept the information as being accurate.

The exposures you describe are not statistically high risk for HIV.  There are no instances in which HIV has been proven to be transmitted through receipt of oral sex from an HIV infected partner.  Further, the vaginal exposures that you describe were quite brief with persons that are unlikely to have HIV (heterosexual women).

See above.  There are no cases in which men have been proven to become infected with HIV through receipt of oral sex from an infected partner.

I have no response.  You already know that I, as a medical scientist who has taken care of persons with HIV for over 30 years, think that the idea of delayed seroconversion beyond 8-12 weeks following exposure (at most) is not scientifically supported. If you choose to believe unscientific statements found on the internet that is up to you.

You indicate that you have access to 4th generation tests.  These tests provide definitive results 4 weeks following an exposure to an infected partner.  If you test with a 4th generation test at 4 or more weeks, and have a negative test, then there is no way that you could have gotten HIV or given it to others in the exposures that you describe.
