We don't examine posted clinical photos on this forum. But for the reasons above, it wouldn't make any difference if I could see your finger lesion. You are not at risk no matter what it looks like.
Welcome to the forum. You can relax; there is no chance you caught HIV.
You describe a zero risk sexual exposure. First, it is statistically unliklely your parter had HIV -- probably around 1 chance in 1,000 tops. Second, without a bare penis (no condom) inside another person's vagina, rectum or (rarely) mouth, HIV is not transmitted sexually. Fingering and kissing are risk free, even with infected partners, and regardless of superficial cuts, cracks, etc of the fingers.
So you are definitely not at risk. You do not even need testing, and you certainly should not have PEP in this situation, and I doubt you could find any doctor or clinic willing to provide it.
So there is no risk at all. You can move on with no worries about this event.
