hemroids and HIV

Hello.  I know that this may seem like a silly question to some, though I am so worried it has kept me up for two nights.

From time to time I go and have a nude massage done. They are usually totally safe with maybe an ejaculation at the end.  This last time the person was naked too, and he used his entire body for the massage.  At one point he was rubbing his **** through my *** crack and he got hard.  He rubbed it up and down a lot in my *** crack and then tried to penetrate me, though I pushed him back and did not let him.

What I am worried about is I have a case of hemorrhoids going on right now...as seen by a few drops of blood on the toilet paper when I go to the bathroom over the past few days.  I have no idea if the person is HIV positive or not, and I am not even sure if he had any pre *** on his ****, though if he was and did would there be a chance of exposure.  If so should try and get eh HIV "morning after" treatment.  I did try to feel his **** when he was done and I did not feel any precum...though I guess I am still nervous and wondering if I should be worried or not.

I am always safe and so very worried about this...

Thanks!

At some hypothetical level, the risk of HIV transmission might be higher with the sort of exposure you describe in the presence of hemorrhoids (or any other cause of anal bleeding, like an anal fissure) than if there were no anal bleeding problem.  But the risk is so low anyway, especially without ejaculation, that you really can disregard it.

Perhaps this is off topic, but is difficult for me to imagine the behaviors you describe unless the person receiving the massage was signaling his acceptance and potential willingness for a sexual encounter.  (Or her willingness; I think you are male, but it isn't clear from your comments.)

Finally, if you are a gay man (or a woman who has participated in receptive anal sex), be aware that anal bleeding can be evidence of STD.  If you are at risk, don't just assume hemorrhoids; get it checked out.
