need your help, Dr HHH or Dr Hook

Hi doctors, I'm not native speaker, let me know if i didn't states my words clearly.

I'm 22 years old heterosexual male in US with  good heath condition and don't have any abuse. i used to encounter female Escort around 9 times ( different escort, 200- 300 dollars an hour level).  Which is harmful, My first encounter was back August 2010, The last one was June 19, 2013 . In all of  the these encounters, i always used condom for vaginal sex ( didn't break, almost sure it always  on my penis, after i ejected, and the sperm is in the condom) , but 4 times of them that i received oral sex without condom, i never had anal sex and never perform oral sex to them. I checked my penis area and mouth each time after encounter, no visible cuts or bleeding.  And it seems i don't have any common STD and HIV symptoms by far.   Here are my questions blow:

1.  I got a  8 STD's test panel 29 days after my last exposure ( my Last exposure was all protect condom sex, include oral,  only kiss on lips, and my intercourse only last 8 mins) , The HIV test is( It run by Labcorp, panel 083824, it says Antibody Test with Reflex to Western Blot Confirmation)  both  came non-reactive.  Also the other STD tests come back negative.
my questions are: How accurate of this post 29 days HIV result  Do i have chance turn into positive?  Can i understand this test as they kind of provide me a double negative results  because there is confirmation in order to avoid false positive? My second last encounter was around May 20, 2013, at least 8 weeks before i had this HIV blood test, my second last encounter is a little more risky, because i received oral sex  without condom. So can i assume if i were not have the last encounter, this 8 weeks post result from second last encounter can be conclusive for now i don't have HIV?  Seems there is no Duo test available in US, so shall i take same test at 6 weeks have a conclusive result?

Thank you please let me know if i need clarify anything.

Welcome to the Forum. the exposures you describe did not put you at risk for HIV.  Condom protected sex is safe sex with no meaningful risk for HIV when the condom is used as you did- throughout sex and without breakage.  As far as oral sex is concerned, there are no cases of HIV which have been proven to be obtained following receipt of unprotected oral sex. Thus you are not at risk for HIV.

If you wish to prove this to yourself by testing however, you should wait until 8 weeks afer your last exposure to get a definitive result.  Thus your 8 week result following your May encounter is conclusive and while technically your result following your encounter in June is not yet definitive, the exposure was no risk.

From a medical perspective you can be confident that you did not get HIV and that there is no need for additional testing. I hope this comment is helpful.   EWH

1.  Earlier generation tests are no longer sold.  Yes, you can count on the figure I quoted.  Over 90% of infections would be detected at 4 weeks.

2.  At 6 weeks tests detect over 95% of recent infections.

You really have nothing to worry aobut.  EWH

Thank you Dr Hook, it helps!  If you don't mind, i only have couple of last additional questions.

1.  Do u know Is my test is 3rd generation antibodies test?  I've looked your pervious answer, it seems you said 4 weeks post for 3rd antibodies test is almost  90% accurate, It this statistic number for all kinds of people (include homosexual anal, dragster, and people who had big surgery recently etc), i know they probably will have delay positive result for 4 weeks. So for my case, can i assume my 4 weeks result is more accurate over than 90%?
2.  I think i will have 6 weeks test anyways, so what's percentage negative i will have approximately then?  I kind of have a fear feeling for my last encounter ( she smoke and have couple of rash on her arm) although i had all protect sex with her.  So in my understanding u said I'm still not on risk, even through weassume she has HIV.

That's all my questions.  Thank you!

There is an online testing site where you can find a duo if you want to pay $149 for that and the standard antibody combined. If you want you can message me. I don't know if I'm allowed to mention the site here. Dr. Hook, rules on that?
