I am Kinda Worried

Hello Sir,
My Story is last year Novemer on the same day I had 2 encounters. One was with a Trans no sex. She gave me oral with a condome and then a women vaginal sex protected(No good erection since I was worried) and ejaculated inside her. After that I have had all the symptoms a HIV infection should give except enlrged lymphnodes. I dont think I had feaver but continious runing nose, Muscle aches, sores in the mouth and got white substance from tounge and upper part of the mouth. So on march 3rd I decided to get tested and went to labcorp to get tested. It came out negetive. I was happy and tried to move on. But after that like in may this year I went to 2 Trans prostitues. I had BDSm session with them. It was kind of vigorous she was hitting me real hard on my buttocks.There were 2 trans involved. And in the end she gave me a handjob which was intense that my penies became numb. Other than that I had no other interaction. One Tran had large brestes and I sucked on them a little. 1 month after that episode I developd a pimple on my penies from which clear thick pus was coming with little bloodmixed. When to the dermatologist he told me that it was not herpes and it was bacterial infec. But I was not convinced took igm test. It came out +ve with 1.19 where 1,09 was cutoff. So I do have herpes. But after that at the same time started getting white heads on chest like 3 or 4. Some red pimples on sholders. So started to be very higyinic taking bath daily. Previously I used to be very unhyginic. Even after that after a month I suppose I got another boil on upper crack of the butt and little white pimples on butt cheek and on my thighs. They were very mild that if I was not looking 24hrs a day I should not have noticed. All the worries started. Smoked like hell lost 20 pounds in 2 months time. Now I started worrying abt HIV was the cause. How likely do u think its hiv?

I cannot tell you what to do.  In my jugement, there is little reason to worry that you have HIV.  If you think that another negative test will help you to know that you are not infected, then you should test.  If another test will not change what you think, then you should see a counselor or mental health professional who will help you to understand that you are not likely to be infected.  

If you test, I am confient the test result will benegative, showing that you o not have HIV.  EWH

I am sorry doc this is the last question what if you were in my place. Would you retest? Can you tell with confidance that I might not have HIV. If you can what percentage of confident I can be that I don't have HIV. The thing that worries me is that even after the sore on penies went away. I got red marks (Might be witlow) on my fingers after touching my penies to apply moisturizer. This happed twice after my sore went down. Assuming I have herpes I heard immuno compromised people are more likely to get whitlow. I even got a boil in the upper crack of my butt. I have been eating peanuts on purpose to see if I will get an another outbreak. It been 3 months did not get it again. Well what do you suspect? I would like very honest answer Doc. I promise you doc this will be last comment my next will be just thanking you. Just tell me if I was your patient who believes you would you recommend another test after looking at the symptoms?

Of course the testing you had is enough but your question suggests that the result doesn't keep you from worrying that you might have HIV.  If you want to believe your earlier lab test then their is no reason for you to be asking if your symptoms are due to HIV.  EWH

Don't you think my previous test with labcorp which was after 3.5 months( May be more than 4 months for saftey let's say 3) not enough. May I know why u suggested the test. Is it because of the sore on the penies( if not herpes and  it's bacterial). Is it common for HIV+ people to get sore on penies which is caused by bacteria? I don't have enough courage to do retest again. Last time I did I almost killed myself.

Welcome to our Forum.  You are clearly concerned about your most recent (may) exposure, are noticing all sorts of things which you worry could represent HIV infection and then convincing yourself that you have HIV.  I disagree- there is no evidence that you have HIV or, for that matter, herpes.  There is little reason to be concerned about the exposure you describe in May if there was no penetrative sex.  

Let's deal with the herpes first.  The lesion you describe does not sound like herpes and your IgM test result is meaningless.  There are no experts who recommend IgM testing for herpes because the test is more often falsely positive than truly positive.  There is no evidence that you have HSV-1 that you report.

As for your symptoms, all of the symptoms that you describe are non-specific. Rather than worrying as you are, just get an HIV test. I am confident that it will be negative and this will prove that you did not get HIV.

I will not go through your symptoms one-by-one.  They are all non-specific.  Please go get tested so you can stop worrying and put this behind you. EWH

Like 2 weeks before I have had severe muscle aches and body pains. My pain especially near my groin. I have been looking for any swollen ones didnt find any. May be I cannot find them. I also started having white heads on my face in the beard area near the neck now I have 2 on both sides and one on right side of fore head. I have heard during the second stage of HIV people get the bacterial infections on face and chest. Do you think I am in that stage. My vision has started feel blurrish I think my eye sight has incresed which I alredy have. I also had shortness of breath for like 3 days. There was blood in the sppotum. I saw it thrice. And I almost always find blood in the nose when ever I dig my nose. All thse do they clearly sound like HIV oppertunistic infections?. More over last point I got lot of pimples on the shaft of my penies and penile skin becomes very dry often. So I apply moisturizer everytime I take bath. I showed those pimples to Derms(4 diffrent). They saythat they were Forday Spots. But whats mysterious is that I got it as soon as my herpes sore went down. I even keep getting red spots on the fingers. I got them when I had that active sore on penies. So I even have whitlow. Even now after every thing is gone I twice got the red pimple on finger after applying moisturizer to penies. I am sorry for bombarding so many things just wanted to explain what went on with me
