Felt my brain bounce inside the skull after hit

I was playing around with a friend and he hit me in the lower jaw pretty hard (normal punch, not uppercut or something like that, my jaw didn't move) , when i got hit i felt my brain literally hit the inside of my skull (in the back).

Aside from that there were no other immediate symptoms. I was drunk at the time and after a few hours i also vomited, but i'm pretty sure it was from the drinking also dizzy a few hours later , i assume again from the drinking.

It's been about 2 weeks since then, i'm worried it could be a subdural hematoma or subconcussive trauma.

Days after the incident i experienced a decline in cognitive ability as well as forgetfulness as well as the feeling of "pressure in my head". All of these persisted and the first 2 got worse.

Could this be anything?

I read that subconcussive hits are cumulative and i've recieved many of them in my preteen and teen years mostly, i am 21.

Also even if my brain were to actually hit the skull, could i actually feel that? If not, then what is it i felt?

Thanks in advance.

when I was a teen I got up to run and after a few strides I felt a sensation that I can only describe as my brain moving. it jolted forward and then backwards hitting my skull. my vision went black during this fleeting sensation. I was diagnosed with suffering from ms approx. 6 years after this. could there be a link?????

Ive felt my brain hit my skull before, after throwing punches at the air by myself, from my weight shifting and it making my head jerk too fast. I'm concerned about the same thing since its happened many times but ive had mri's and an mra and neither show any damge. You should see a neurologist to reassure yourself.

Forgot to add, drunk may be an understatement, i was pretty intoxicated, the dizziness came before the vomit, not a few hours later like i stated.
