Hey, so I'm a 20 year old male and I've been having all these symptoms for months now but haven't been getting any answers. I should start with back in March I fainted and they didn't find a cause, I'm assuming it was because I slept in late that day, had an early dinner the night before, and took a drag of a cigarette for the first time in awhile. Ever since then I've been getting tests done to see if anything caused it, and now these tests are being done to see why I'm feeling the way I do. I get this weird head pressure, which feels as if I'm losing circulation in my head or something, causing me to get really anxious, heart beat fast, etc. I've had post nasal drip for awhile now, and just recently found out I have a deviated septum from the fall of fainting. My ears pop a decent amount, and I get the sensation of air bubbles or water coming out all the time. If I hear a really loud noise or wear headphones (mostly in my right ear), my ears feel weird and I get lightheaded. I've been getting headaches almost on a daily basis too. The headaches are usually located either behind my right eye or the back of my head. My eyes have been more sensitive to light it seems, and I've noticed more floaters than usual. Just recently I've been getting these weird feelings in my left arm, as if I have carpal tunnel or something. Somehow I feel like my bladder is affiliated with these symptoms too, because I notice the need to go shortly after some of the head symptoms come. I feel like there are more symptoms but it's been so hard to keep track of them over the last few months because they come and go. I've gotten a catscan, eeg, ekg, echo cardiogram, heart monitor, lyme disease test, and I think a few more, but everything has come back fine, with the only interesting thing being the heart monitor picked up that my heart slows down more than most peoples.. which I found interesting especially since these symptoms make me so anxious and at times have led me to think I was having a heart attack. If anyone has any suggestions or anything, please let me know. I've been driving myself crazy the last few months trying to figure out my problem going to numerous doctors appointments. Thanks!
