I have 2 dents in the top of my head, one I've had for a few months the other about a week. I have been having alot of headaches lately,my head hurts worse when I lay down almost like pressure.Blurred vision and dizzy inside my head if that makes sence, the room doesn't spin but i feel dizzy
Headache with dizziness on lying down could be due to cluster headaches. Sitting up and pacing improves the pain. It can also be due to pinched cervical spinal nerve. Benign intracranial hypertension is another possibility. However along with late night headaches, it also causes early morning headaches. Yoga helps relieve the pain to some extent. Please consult a neurologist to begin with.
Injury can cause indents due to localized collection of blood (hematoma) or due to scarring or due to shift in the adipose (fat) tissue underneath. Indents on top of head can also be due to scarring alopecia or hair loss caused by discoid lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, lichen planopilaris, kerion, metastatic carcinoma, lymphoma, sarcoidosis, prolonged pressure, and cicatricial pemphigus.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!
