headache on the left side of my ear

hello i been having headache for about 2 weeks the only occur on the left side of my ear it sometime feels like an earache if i take a pain killer they work they come and go i recently was told about a yr ago i had mirgraines but this doesnt feel like them my migraines where trigger by stress and recently i been under alot of it i dont feel like im goin vomit or no nausa it just a headache also i been told that on the left side of my ear where my headache occur that i have alot of fluids in it so can that be it please help me im really nervous it might be something serious.
