hit my head 2 weeks ago, feeling pain now...

i hit my head on a peice of metal 2 weeks ago, today i feel pain in that spot and cant see good. what is happening to me? please answer asap

Please get someone to take you to urgent care. Better safe than sorry, better debts than danger, especially with the vision problem. Some brain injuries have a delay in symptoms that can be fatal or otherwise serious.

Yes, I do mean to scare you, even if it turns out to be less dangerous. Like a possible stroke, these symptoms are not something to wait on. 2 weeks is longer than the examples I've been reading...I've only been researching this for three days...may not have seen other examples.
