Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The skull can shrink or appear to shrink if there is loss of underlying fat of the scalp or loss of hair. It can also be due to brain shrinking with age or infection or post trauma or due to encephalomalacia or softening of brain matter.
Since you have memory problem and have pressure symptoms and pain, the shrinking of skull could ne related to a brain problem.
You should consult a neurologist and get a MRI of the brain done. Take care!
