???

I have high blood pressure 160/100 with the clonidine patch it's 135/85 almost every day my hands feel shaky some days it's worse then others. Just wanted to know if HBP can cause core/hand shaking, been tested for everything else, brain MRI, endless blood work, suffer from a little anxiety too. Could it be anxiety mixed with high blood pressure???

Thanks.

The shakiness seems to be worse when I decide not to take my HBP Meds.  It's more of an internal core shaking then omg look at his hands shake.

The problem could be due to a side effect from your medication. Side effects can be nervousness and  anxiety, and that could cause a tremor.  Or it could be the start of essential tremor usually is seen when you are using your hands, while the tremor associated with Parkinson's typically occurs when your hands are at rest.  You may want to see a neurologist to rule that out.
"Shaky hands due to anxiety, but to reach this diagnosis, a physician must first rule out physical causes.  In addition to essential tremor and Parkinson's, shaky hands may be caused by thyroid disease, drug side effects or heavy metal poisoning".

More likely to be the anxiety. I don't know that I've ever read anything about HBP causing shakiness.
