Could something be wrong with my heart?

Alright, so I'll give some backstory first. I'm a very young man 17 in fact but I know age isn't a factor for everything. My family has extremely bad heart genetics going back generations so I wouldn't be surprised if this is actually something bad.

Recently I've been having a dull pain in my left chest my pec specifically. It comes and goes and at the moment it isn't hurting. It's not extremely painful it's just discomforting enough to where it's noticeable.

My family is quite poor so we can't afford veggies or fruits so my diet for my heart is very bad. I can't remember how many months or years it's been since I've eaten a fruit or a veggie that wasn't a potato.

I am rarely active. I was taken out of school when I was 13 and since then my life has been my bed and gaming chair.

So basically horrible heart genetics, Too poor to eat healthy, spent half of my teenage life bedridden and lazy and now I'm feeling some pain in my left chest.

Could someone help me find out what this is? Is my heart starting to develop a disease of sort? Is my lifestyle causing damage to it? What is it and what do I need to do?
