2 Angioplasty procedures, high blood pressure problems

My father has had 2 angioplasty procedures in the last 2 years and currently his blood pressure goes fluctuates a lot causing him to experience more stress. I was wondering if any of you could offer some kind of advice or possibly if you or someone you know has experienced this.
