52 Y'O FEMALE HAD BY-PASS x4 15 MONTHS AGO HAD COMPLETE HYRTRORECTOMY WITH FIBROID REMOVAL
4 MONTHS AGO. MY ISSUE NOW IS I CAN'T GET BP STABLE HAD ROOT CANAL 5 DAYS AGO. NOW FOR LAST 5 DAYS BP IS RISING AND MEDS DON'T HELP TO BRING IT DOWN. HAVE GONE FROM 151/72 TO 173/90 AFTER DOUBLEING BP MEDS BY DR.'s ORDERS. I AM WAKING IN SWEATS AND FEELS LIKE MY HEART POUNDS WHEN IT BEATS. ANYONE HAVE ANY RELATED EXPERICANCES?

There is a possibility that the anaesthetic could have affected you, but after 5 days, that
small amount of anaesthetic will be out of your system. I presume you had an abscess or something in the root of the tooth and this is quite toxic stuff. If some was lost to the
blood stream during the procedure then you could become quite ill and should be on
antibiotics. Your GP should have taken blood tests by now to establish if you have an
infection or toxins in the blood. If he hasn't, change him for someone half decent.
