Any new or unusual chest pain needs to be evaluated by a doctor. Depending on the severity, see your doc or go to the ER to be safe, not worth the risk. I will say that pain associated with breathing is rarely linked to heart issues, but don't risk it.

Good luck,

Jon

The tingling and numbness could  be a problem in the nerve endings and painful breathing when lying in bed could be something like pleurisy. Like Jon said, it is better to be evaluated rather than wondering.  You know what they say, the fool wonders and the wise asks.  See your doctor or the ER and ask questions.  Take care, Ally
