Usually an aortc aneurysm is an asymptomatic condition for normal uncomplicated AA. An EKG does not disclose an aneurysm, but should reveal any heart damage or serious heart condition. A simple x-ray will not show an aneurysm unless there is calcifiction.
An echo will/should show abnormalities with the shape of the aorta; TEE, CT scan and MRI as well.
I doubt you have this, if you did normally its very fast and fatal. I think if you have had it for some time you should be ok, its explained as a stabbing very horrible pain. I dont know if an EKG would show it but an echocardiogram would, try not to worry.
Are you super tall or longer armspan then height?
