Blood pressure that has been ranging from
110/70 to 115/75 which is your case, is not something that you should worry about.
The normal according to American Heart Association is less than
120 mmHg for systolic (upper number) and less than 80 mmHg diastolic (lower number).
However, if your blood pressure goes lower than 80/50 mmHg, accompanied by dizziness, you should be concerned. Hypotension happens when your BP is lower than 90/60 mmHg. This could have several implications depending on your health history.
Normal pulse rate ranges between 60-100 bpm.
If your pulse is always 50 bpm, you should see your doctor for examination and most especially if there are other unusual symptoms that go with it.
I would personally have thought it the other way around. I think it more likely the gallstone problem caused your body to go into defence mode and raise blood pressure. Now the problem is gone, it has relaxed again.
My surgery was for gallstones. I currently do not take any medication, nor did I really take any with the high range. I can´t say I consider me really fit. I am overweight and over middle age. I was contributing the low reading possibly to my rest period after surgery. Could this be?
Your current blood pressure is smack bang on the lowest level of normal. You don't say what surgery you had? Resting pulse rate depends on many things, such as fitness. There was a cyclist athlete who had a resting rate of just 28, which of course not be classed as normal for mr average.
Perhaps if you are on any medication this needs to be reviewed.
