nope.  Your ejection fraction is the amount of blood your left ventricle is able to pump out to your body in each heartbeat.  Hypertension refers to your systemic blood pressure and is an indicator of how hard your heart has to work to get that blood out.

over time, untreated hypertension can cause a decrease in your EF because it gets weakened by the high pressures in your arteries.. but that's a whole other topic!
