Can someone translate to English my CT angiogram result?

My CT Scan came up with the statement - 'there is a calcific plaque midvessel with suggestion of an at least moderate luminal disease'for the LAD and 'dominant vessel with mild irregularity proximally not significant' for the RCA. My doctor wasn't very helpful and leave it to me for the next course of action. Can someone advise?

Well I don't think any decision can be made until an Angiogram is performed. This report will give the exact condition of your arteries and then you can easily make a decision. Sorry I can't be more specific.

Thank you Ed34. Should I be worried now or this can be postponed to later? I feel fine and no chest pain whatsoever.

I would consider having an Angiogram, but through your arm and not the leg artery. You have some calcium showing up on the ct scan of which I will translate for you.
Halfway down your left main coronary artery (LAD) you have suggested moderate sized blockage due to the calcium detected. The word 'luminal' is in reference to the open space in the artery which blood flows through. Your main right artery is dominant, meaning it is long and supplies the vessels at the rear of your heart, also has some signs of disease (mild). The diseased area is at the top of the artery.
