I've had PACs and PVCs almost my entire life, although they have been most noticable in the past 10 years. At first they caused me a great deal of worry, but if you have a structurally normal heart, they are almost always harmless. Have you had an echo to look at your heart structure? That's the first step, once they know your heart is healthy they can usually give you a clean bill of health. In the mean time, just remember these will not kill you, they won't cause sudden cardiac arrest or a stoppage in your heart. Look for what triggers them, for me its caffeine and stress. When I feel stress I just get lost on an old vette in the garage, calms me down everytime. By the looks of your Impala, you enjoy spending time on it as well. Just get your mind off of them, they won't kill you if your heart is normal. You need an echo to know for sure.
thanks tell me how long have you been having PACs and how do you deal with it? and were they able to tell you what caused them
oh and thank nice looking vette your self.
Any change in your PACs is worth mentioning to your doctor. Mine change ffom time to time, but my echos have always been normal so the docs don't get concerned. The main change you want to look out for is a feeling of being lightheaded or dizzy with the PACs or chest pain. Let your doctor know if for no other reason to get some peace of mind.
BTW, like you avatar, good looking chev.
Good Luck,
Jon
