Cheat\left arm abnormalities.

I feel I need to see a specialist or have advice asap. For nearly two years now I have been suffering with constant pins and needles in my left arm, chest tightness, neck tightness, jaw pain and chest numbness. I have had 2 ecg's, 3 rays and bloods and nothing has shown. I have not had any heart attacks or no family history of this. I am 21, healthy and no previous experience of this. Can anyone give advice?

I must add that I have a regular inflamed sternum. My doctor felt my chest wall and the pain was unbearable (reduced to tears) and I have informed him that for no reason I can feel my heart racing. He seems to thing this is a muscular\neck problem causing this problems.

Regarding the chest pain, you can try googling costochondritis and Tietze's Syndrome, painful but not dangerous conditions.
